My daughter Jenny has faced all sorts of dietary challenges over the past year and is now on a gluten-free, dairy-free, no processed sugar diet. Needless to say, this makes it hard to find meals and snacks that are satisfying. I am so proud of how she is dealing with this and am hoping that it will really help her overcome the stomach issues she has had to put up with!
