Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending the Women helping Women Garden Party, an annual fundraiser held in Victoria which helps provide education and opportunities for young girls in Malawi. Not only did we have the most amazing weather for this gathering, but we were also fortunate enough to be hosted by Butchart Gardens! You can’t imagine a more beautiful setting for this event and, true to form, the gardens were spectacular. Even more outstanding, however, was the common goal to help young women in Africa find a way to change the course of their lives through education. Funds raised at the garden party go directly to building schools, providing tuition fees, and educating young women.

A wonderful afternoon for girls of all ages! And for a great cause too!
